About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Wardha. This role involves managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Ideal candidates will possess a friendly demeanor and a willingness to learn.
The position is open to candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Join our team and be part of a dynamic retail environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Wardha Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Wardha,
