About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales in our retail novelty shop located in Ambikapur. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the retail counter.
The ideal candidate should be a minimum of 10th grade pass and preferably reside in Ambikapur or the surrounding areas. You will be expected to work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. This position offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month.

What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Ambikapur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Ambikapur,
