About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Asansol. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing transactions, and maintaining an organized retail environment. This position is open to individuals who have completed their 10th grade or higher. You will work in a supportive team atmosphere where your contributions are valued. The role requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Asansol Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
