About the role
We are seeking dedicated retail executives to join our team at a novelty shop in Baddi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Your friendly demeanor and effective communication skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and be from Baddi or nearby areas. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Baddi Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers

- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
