About the role
Join our retail novelty shop in Barddhaman as a Counter Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process. We are looking for dedicated individuals who can provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
We invite applications from candidates who have completed at least 10th grade and are residents of Barddhaman or nearby areas. This position offers an opportunity for immediate joining, with a monthly salary of INR 12,000. Work hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Barddhaman Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
