About the role

Join our team as a Retail Executive in Bilaspur, where you will play a key role in managing our retail counter at a novelty shop. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, processing transactions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade and possess good communication skills. We value a friendly attitude and a willingness to learn. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

What you'll do

  • Greeting and interacting with customers
  • Manage walk-in customers at Bilaspur Retail Shop,
  • Understand their needs and show products,
  • Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
  • Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
  • Payment collection from customers

What you'll need

  • It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
