About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Bolpur, where you will play a crucial role in managing our retail counter and providing excellent customer service. As a counter sales representative, you will assist customers with their purchases, maintain product displays, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
We are seeking candidates who have completed at least their 10th grade and are enthusiastic about working in a retail environment. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to work flexible hours. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Bolpur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
