About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Daman. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with their purchases. Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to enhancing their shopping experience.
We are seeking candidates who have completed at least 10th grade and are eager to begin their careers in retail. If you're a motivated individual from Daman or the surrounding areas, we encourage you to apply. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Daman Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Daman,
