About the role
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales in a vibrant novelty shop located in Delhi. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter effectively, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for all customers.
Candidates should have completed their 10th grade and be eager to learn and grow in a retail environment. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Delhi Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Delhi,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
