About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Dhar. The ideal candidates will have a friendly demeanor and the ability to engage with customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
As a Retail Executive, your primary responsibilities will include managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining inventory levels. We welcome candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Dhar or nearby areas.
This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join our team and contribute to a vibrant retail environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Dhar Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Dhar,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
