About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive for our novelty shop in Faizabad. In this role, you will be the face of our store, managing the retail counter and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized display of merchandise.
We invite candidates who have completed at least 10th grade and are eager to work in a dynamic retail environment. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Faizabad Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
