About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Gangtok. In this role, you will manage the retail counter, providing excellent service and assistance to customers. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
We welcome candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher and are eager to learn. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with customers effectively. This position offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month, with a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Gangtok Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Gangtok,
