About the role
We are seeking dedicated female candidates for the role of Retail Executive in a novelty shop located in Ghazipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth sales process. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Ghazipur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
