About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a lively novelty shop located in Giridih. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, processing transactions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and have a strong customer service orientation.
We welcome applicants who have completed their 10th grade or higher. This position offers an opportunity for immediate joining and is ideal for those residing in Giridih or surrounding areas. Work hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, and a competitive monthly salary of INR 12,000.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Giridih Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,

- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Giridih,
