About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Godhra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This position requires good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Candidates with a minimum education of 10th grade are encouraged to apply. We welcome applicants from Godhra and surrounding areas who are eager to join our team. The role offers a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Godhra Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
