About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive at our novelty shop in Gurdaspur. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can effectively manage our retail counter, providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors.
Ideal candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and possess a friendly demeanor. Being from Gurdaspur or the surrounding area is preferred for ease of commute. This role offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Immediate joining is available for suitable candidates.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Gurdaspur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,

- Should know local language,
