About the role
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Gwalior. The ideal candidates will assist customers, manage sales transactions, and ensure a smooth operation of the retail counter. This position requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide outstanding customer service.
We welcome applications from candidates who have completed their 10th grade or higher and reside in Gwalior or the surrounding areas. Joining our team offers an opportunity for immediate employment in a supportive work environment. The work schedule is from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Gwalior Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Gwalior,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
