About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Hooghly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. A friendly demeanor and ability to engage with customers are essential for success in this role.
Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and reside in Hooghly or nearby areas. This is a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in retail. We offer a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Hooghly Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
