About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Jalpaiguri, where you will play a vital role in managing our retail counter. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, processing transactions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. We are looking for candidates who are motivated and eager to learn.
The ideal candidate should have completed at least the 10th grade and be located in Jalpaiguri or nearby areas. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. - Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Jalpaiguri Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
