About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Executives for our novelty shop in Kapurthala. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their purchases. Your role will involve handling transactions efficiently and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our clients.
Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade. We welcome applicants from Kapurthala and surrounding areas who are eager to join our team. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join us to develop your skills in a vibrant retail environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Kapurthala Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Kapurthala,
