About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Retail Executive - Counter Sales in our novelty shop located in Karaikkudi. The ideal candidates will manage the retail counter efficiently, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Applicants should have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in or near Karaikkudi. This role offers an attractive salary of INR 12,000 per month and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Immediate joining is available for selected candidates.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Karaikkudi Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
