About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive - Counter Sales at a vibrant novelty shop in Kayamkulam. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
This position is open to individuals who have completed at least the 10th grade. We welcome applicants from Kayamkulam and nearby areas, and immediate joining is available for the right candidates. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Kayamkulam Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
