About the role
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales in Mangalore. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth operation in our novelty shop. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to engage with customers, promote products, and handle transactions effectively.
Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Mangalore or nearby areas. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Mangalore Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Mangalore,
