About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate for our Client Experience team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in the logistics industry. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experience, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree from any stream and be ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities within the logistics sector. You will work closely with our team to support client inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive client relationship.
This position offers a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply and embark on a rewarding career path with us.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Mangalore clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Mangalore if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Mangalore Karnataka.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Mangalore will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
