About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic female candidates for the position of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Manjeri. This role involves managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth operation of daily sales activities.
Ideal candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade and be from Manjeri or nearby areas. This position offers an opportunity for immediate joining and provides a supportive work environment.
The salary for this role is INR 12,000 per month, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join us to enhance your skills in retail sales and customer service.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Manjeri Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Manjeri,
