About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive at our novelty shop in Moga, where you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and managing sales at the retail counter. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling transactions, and ensuring the shop's presentation meets our standards.
We are seeking candidates who have completed at least 10th grade and are eager to learn and grow in a retail environment. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively.

What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Moga Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers

- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
