About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Motihari. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for engaging with customers effectively.
The ideal candidate should have completed at least the 10th grade and be available for immediate joining. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. This role offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, providing a great opportunity to develop your skills in a retail environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Motihari Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers

- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
