About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic retail executives to join our team at a novelty shop in Nagaon. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Candidates who have completed their 10th grade or above are encouraged to apply. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Join us to be part of a dynamic retail environment!
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Nagaon Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
