About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic retail executives for our novelty shop in Nalgonda. The ideal candidates will manage our retail counter, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales area, and handling transactions efficiently.
Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and reside in Nalgonda or nearby areas. We offer a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join our team and contribute to a lively shopping experience for our customers.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Nalgonda Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Nalgonda,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
