About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Orai, where you'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service at our retail novelty shop. Your main responsibilities will include managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth operation during store hours.
We are looking for candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to learn in a retail environment. You should have good communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with our customers effectively.
Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, and we offer a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month. If you are based in Orai or the nearby area and are ready for immediate joining, we encourage you to apply.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Orai Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
