About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Pala. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This position requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.
Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Pala or the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in retail. We offer a competitive salary of INR 12,000 per month and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Pala Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Pala,
