About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Pune. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Your friendly demeanor and ability to handle transactions efficiently will contribute to our shop's success.
Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and be located in Pune or nearby areas. We offer a competitive monthly salary of INR 12,000 and a work schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join our team and develop your skills in a dynamic retail environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Pune Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Pune,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
