About the role
Join our retail novelty shop in Rishikesh as a Counter Sales Executive, where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the retail counter efficiently. Your role will involve assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
The ideal candidate should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess good communication skills. We welcome applicants from Rishikesh and nearby areas who are eager to start their careers in retail.
In this position, you will work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. A monthly salary of INR 12,000 is offered, along with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic retail environment.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Rishikesh Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
