About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Shahjahanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. We welcome candidates who have completed their 10th grade and are eager to learn and grow in a retail environment.
You will be expected to work from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000. If you are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and looking for immediate joining, we encourage you to apply!
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Shahjahanpur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
