About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Solapur. As a counter sales representative, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and managing sales transactions efficiently. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the retail space is inviting and organized.
We welcome candidates who have completed at least 10th grade and are eager to start their careers in retail. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Solapur Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers

- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
