About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our retail novelty shop in Sonipat. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
The ideal candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment. We welcome applicants from Sonipat and nearby areas looking for immediate joining.
This role offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Join us to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to our customer service excellence.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Sonipat Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Sonipat,
