About the role
As a Retail Executive at our novelty shop in Srikakulam, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales area, and ensuring that products are properly displayed.
We welcome applications from candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to work in a dynamic retail environment. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.

What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Srikakulam Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
