About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the retail counter, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Applicants should have completed at least the 10th grade and reside in Surat or the surrounding areas. This position offers an opportunity for immediate joining and a monthly salary of INR 12,000.
The work hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. If you are passionate about retail and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Surat Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Surat,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
