About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Tarn Taran, where you will play a vital role in managing our retail counter at a novelty shop. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized sales area. We seek enthusiastic candidates who can deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess strong communication skills. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Tarn Taran Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
