About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Thalassery. We are seeking dedicated female candidates who can efficiently manage our retail counter and provide excellent customer service. This role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
We invite applications from candidates who have completed at least their 10th grade and are based in Thalassery or nearby areas. The position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Immediate joining is available for the right candidates.
What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Thalassery Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Thalassery,
- No Experience and education required for this vacancy - any girl with 10 fail and above can apply from
