About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in Thodupuzha, where you will play a key role in managing our retail counter and providing excellent customer service. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to learn and grow in the retail environment.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. We value individuals who are friendly, reliable, and can work effectively in a team.

What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Thodupuzha Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Thodupuzha,
