About the role
Join our team as a Retail Executive in a vibrant novelty shop located in Ujjain. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
We invite applications from candidates who have completed at least their 10th grade, preferably from Ujjain or nearby areas. This position offers a monthly salary of INR 12,000 and requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Ujjain Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates
- Communication Skills,
- Can negotiate with customers,
- Should know local language,
- Local area knowledge of Ujjain,
