About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Retail Executive - Counter Sales at our novelty shop in Visakhapatnam. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the retail counter, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Your friendly demeanor and ability to handle transactions efficiently will be key to your success in this role.
Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and reside in Visakhapatnam or nearby areas. This position offers a starting salary of INR 12,000 per month and requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. What you'll do
- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Manage walk-in customers at Visakhapatnam Retail Shop,
- Understand their needs and show products,
- Sale novelty products & cross-selling of relevant products
- Selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs
- Payment collection from customers
What you'll need
- It is a Full Time Retail / Store Sales job for female candidates

- Should know local language,
