About the role
The Retail Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and expanding brand awareness within the assigned area of Delhi. This position involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting various products effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive in generating new leads and nurturing existing customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
As a key member of the Sales & Business Development department, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. A high school diploma is required, and candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers opportunities for career growth in a dynamic retail environment.
What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Delhi sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
