About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Executive in Kullu to enhance our sales efforts and drive brand awareness in the local market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating fresh leads and converting them into sales while maintaining a strong relationship with existing customers. What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Kullu sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Opportunity for12th pass / High school candidates from Kullu
- In last, you should know 2 wheeler driving,
