About the role
As a Retail Sales Executive in Ongole, you will play a vital role in driving sales and enhancing brand awareness within your designated area. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new leads, engaging with customers, and promoting our products to maximize sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, coupled with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. A high school diploma is required, and previous experience in retail sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.

What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Ongole sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
