About the role
The Back Office Executive plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle various administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities include managing data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory management.
Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in administration or operations is beneficial, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. This full-time or part-time role offers a salary range of ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month.

What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Amravati drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Able to handle time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
- Experience in transport or cab industry is an advantage
