About the role
As a Retail Sales Executive in Amravati, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing brand awareness within your assigned area. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers to promote products, generating fresh leads, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to meet and exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have at least a 12th-grade education and possess strong communication skills, along with a proactive approach to sales. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers opportunities for career growth in a dynamic retail environment.
What you'll do
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs,
- Lead generation, meeting customers and onboarding the customers on CashKaro.com
- Activation of the onboarded customers,
- Handling customers queries and complaints and escalate, if required
- Participate in the sale meeting whenever required
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and channel sales.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and provide them the required products from the set of retailers available.
- Collaborate with Amravati sales team to achieve better results
- Moreover, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, retail segment,
- Proficiency in English/Hindi and Local language -
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
