About the role
Join our team as an Associate in Client Experience, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' journey in the logistics sector. As a key member of the Client Relationship department, you will assist in addressing client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to a positive service experience.
We are looking for dynamic individuals who are recent graduates from any stream and are eager to embark on a career in the logistics industry. Your responsibilities will include supporting client interactions, gathering feedback, and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary range of INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and driving key performance metrics i.e. Delivery TAT, Pick up Performance
- Managing the payable for the allocated clients
- Building and Maintaining an appropriate network of key contacts for each client
- Engagement in reconciliation/ Payments/ DSO
- Monitoring day to day operations
- Resolving Amravati clients daily operational issues within the given SLAs
- Analyzing key lanes performance of first & last mile operation
- Monitoring speed of delivery, volume & root cause of fluctuation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and increase performance of client accounts
- Designing SOP, mapping and freezing requirements and providing best solutions to the business
- Sharing inputs over network expansion considering competitor presence & their strategy
- Should be ready to relocate to Amravati if needed.
What you'll need
- Anyone with graduate degree
- Fresher with all marksheet of education
- Aware with area codes of Amravati Maharashtra.
- Basic Knowledge of use of computer
- Good communication skill
- Bit exposer handling of team
- If local from Amravati will get first choice
- If having some experience with cold calling will get advantage at a time of interview.
