About the role
As a Back Office Executive in Amreli, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
While prior experience in administration or operations is advantageous, we encourage motivated freshers to apply. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month and requires in-person attendance at our Amreli office. What you'll do
- Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
- Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
- Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
- Helping Amreli drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
- Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
- Tracking schedules and monitoring ride status (reporting anything unusual)
- Preparing daily / weekly / monthly operational reports
- Handling petty cash, billing, invoicing, and basic expense entries
- Accurate data entry for bookings, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance
What you'll need
- Experience in back office / admin / operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
